Simon Ma is a founding member of UWC Changshu China, joining the College in 2015. Simon currently leads the residential programme, advisory programme, health and wellbeing centre, counselling services, and student services which are essential components of students’ boarding and learning experience at UWC. Simon is also working as the designated safeguarding lead, and teacher of Chinese A in the IB Diploma Programme.

Prior to UWC Changshu China, Simon worked in Hong Kong and the United States in international education and public schools in both secondary and tertiary educational institutions.
